We offer a 30 day return period for unopened and uninstalled items shipped via ground shipping. Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms are not able to be returned.
If an item you received is defective, you must first go through the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. You may then return the brand new replacement from the manufacturer to us for a refund if within 30 days of your initial shipment.
