A majority of items go UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items such as saunas will require LTL Fright transit, which will vary depending on costs at the time of shipment.

It is best to reach out to the carrier directly to see what the next steps are and if an investigation needs to be opened. Generally, we advise waiting 2 weeks after shipment before opening up an investigation.

We do accept returns for a majority of products on our website. Please note that any shipments requiring LTL shipment such as saunas, cold plunges, commercial steam generators, and large sauna heaters are not able to be returned.

If your item is eligible to be returned, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to begin the return process.

Return shipping costs will be charged to the party responsible for the return.
