We offer free lower 48 US shipping on most orders over $70 (Some exclusions apply such as Saunas).

Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories, but orders will incur a shipping charge.

Shipping to Canada is a variable charge based on the duties and taxes of each providence dependent on order value. 


We can ship to PO boxes for items 10 lbs or less.  We currently ship to the US and Canada only.


Items that require freight shipping such as saunas are only available to ship to the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Exceptions may be made if you contact us. We must have a phone number on file for freight shipping so an appointment can be made. Sauna products do not ship from our warehouse, depending on the product and brand, shipping charges may apply.

 

Ground Shipping Returns

To return your product, prior authorization must be requested. After your request has been approved, detailed instructions will be sent to you on returning the product including the return address. 

Shipping costs for returning your item is covered by the entity responsible for the return. If you return an item using our pre-paid return label, and the reason for return isn't a result of Art of Steam's error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a possible 15% restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase (when tracking said the item was delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unused. If the item has a seal on the box, the seal must not be broken, otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

To complete your return, authorization must be requested via email (info@artofsteamco.com).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items returned without the original packaging or with the original packaging tampered with (seals broken) is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. If you decide you no longer want the defective product, please first submit a warranty claim. Once you received the replacement item from the manufacturer, we can then process a return.

LTL Returns (Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms or large sauna heaters)

Returns via freight for saunas must be dealt with the manufacturer directly. Unopened pallets may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. Once a pallet is inspected and accepted by the recipient, returns are not available. The manufacturer will be able to supply you with replacement parts if covered under warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (typically 5-10 business days).


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for defective items must be completed with the manufacturer directly.
