This refined barrel is more spacious and open than some of our more traditional barrel saunas, with perfectly cut glass windows on the front and an option of double-rounded windows or full-glass (identical to the front) on the back barrel end. This gorgeous barrel is built with solid Poplar that has been thermally modified, giving it a rich, deep color that contrasts and blends beautifully with the clean, clear hemlock benches and floor.
Hemlock wood is known for its hardiness and resilience, and it is perfect for an outdoor sauna in all climates. The wood is clean and smooth, with very few knots or imperfections. The Phoenix offers unique floating benches. These benches add to the spaciousness and pure charm that you feel when you step into the Phoenix. With no visible support structure for the benches or visible joints in the window frames and a long, blended door handle that welcomes you each time, the Phoenix is luxuriously simple.

Yes, unlike many other websites selling these products, we are actual authorized dealers for the brands we sell meaning your warranty stays in-tact with the manufacturer. Always check with the manufacturer directly if the dealer you are buying from is authorized as many sellers on the internet claim they are, but really are not.

We offer a 30 day return period for unopened and uninstalled items shipped via ground shipping. Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms are not able to be returned.
If an item you received is defective, you must first go through the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. You may then return the brand new replacement from the manufacturer to us for a refund if within 30 days of your initial shipment.

We take all major credit cards, PayPal, and HSA/FSA cards through Truemed on eligible products.
Yes, simply select Truemed as your payment option at checkout on eligible products and use your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card. If you do not have sufficient HSA/FSA funds, you can split your payment between your credit card and HSA/FSA card.
