Indoor models arrive as pre-assembled panels with instructions; assembly typically takes two people, basic tools and a few hours, and a licensed electrician must install the heater. Place on level, water-resistant flooring such as concrete, tile, vinyl or laminate. Freestanding and relocatable. See the installation manual for complete requirements.

We offer a 30 day return period for unopened and uninstalled items shipped via ground shipping. Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms are not able to be returned.
If an item you received is defective, you must first go through the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. You may then return the brand new replacement from the manufacturer to us for a refund if within 30 days of your initial shipment.
