Sizing Your Steam Shower
Multiply your shower's length x width x height to get its volume in cubic feet, then choose a generator rated at or above that number. Per Thermasol, wall materials do not change the generator size. For 9 ft ceilings, size up one model; for 10 ft ceilings, size up two (or contact us to confirm). Not sure? Send us your dimensions and we'll help you pick.
Installation & Space Requirements
The generator can be installed up to 50 feet from the shower in a finished, climate-controlled space protected from the weather, with at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides. Keep it accessible for service — don't enclose it behind walls or inside a bench — and install it flat and level. Build the steam enclosure from non-porous, moisture-resistant materials such as porcelain or ceramic tile, tempered glass, and sealed grout (natural stone must be sealed regularly), with rust-resistant fixtures and moisture-safe seating such as teak. Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return period for unopened and uninstalled items shipped via ground shipping. Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms are not able to be returned.
If an item you received is defective, you must first go through the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. You may then return the brand new replacement from the manufacturer to us for a refund if within 30 days of your initial shipment.
